About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on marketing and sales of residential real estate projects in Bangalore
2. Organizing visits for clients to project site and getting involved in negotiations
3. Handling HNI clients from start to end with support from team leaders
4. Learning the basics of real estate
5. Working on client management
6. Working with the top real estate executives and developers in Bangalore
7. Working with one of the most dynamic real estate consulting team in India

Note: The job will start with a probation period of 3 months (salary remains the same). The confirmation will be based on performance.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Other incentives: 10%
