About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
2. Serve existing accounts, obtains orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work
3. Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
4. Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
5. Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
6. Keep the management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis
7. Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
8. Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
9. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
10. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
11. Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
12. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
13. Meet sales targets by applying your knowledge base and networking skills and help in driving revenue for the company

Skill(s) required

MS-Excel MS-Office Salesforce
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Should be extrovert and willing to talk with deep knowledge about weight management and diet

Should be a team person with leading abilities and an eye for perfection. We always appreciate curious people

Should be willing to continue working for a minimum period of 6 months after which a 2-month advance notice can be claimed before leaving from the job

Should not be holding any other office or job position in any of the other companies or competitors

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
