Candidates should have prior corporate selling experience
Ability to explain the various products in detail while at the client's place
HR or education industry experience is preferable
Should have a dynamic personality and always propagate fresh ideas during internal meetings and breakaways
Should be an aggressive team player with a stronghold and well-knitted with the HR in the corporate world
Willing to take additional responsibilities in executing the given task and improvising on given targets
Strong interpersonal & communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
You should be good at presenting decks to our clients as every client is different and needs a customized approach
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
