About Harbinger Foods Private Limited
We are a startup with a vision to establish ourselves as a premium brand in the gourmet food segment. Initially, we are looking at curating and launching bespoke chocolates in Delhi-NCR amongst other product categories. As a gourmet food company, our first step is to launch a premium D2C chocolate brand that is artisanal and made in small batches with the best cocoa and top-quality ingredients.

About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth market research on sales and other trends across completion, customer trends, buying patterns globally and locally in F&B, FMCG, and particularly in chocolates
2. Assist owners/sales head/reporting managers in improving the portfolio of sales & marketing vertical pan India, including but not limited to Brick & Mortar formats, online sales, corporate & institutional sales, social media verticals, and other modern trade formats
3. Assist in developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans and work alongwith other stakeholders in the execution of companies financial/sales targets
4. Lead and manage the team(s) in onboarding stores, e-commerce formats, vendors, suppliers, etc.
5. Work on managing stock update(s) on a daily basis on e-commerce portals like Bigbasket, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato, etc.
6. Work on vendor management, handle the seller panel, generate high revenue, and work on the product listing process on the marketplace/eCommerce portal

2. Preferably bachelors or masters degree in business administration, economics, food technology, marketing (however, lack/different qualification would not be a deterrent in the appointment of the right candidate)

5. Ability to perform in small/lean teams with flat or no organizational structure initially

6. Willingness to travel upcountry/other cities

7. Knowledge of MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint and other basic computer software/applications

8. Excellent oratory skills and knowledge of the English language

9. Good self-presentation skills


Annual CTC: 3 - 3.25 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
