Customer Delight Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and monitor key metrics to assess the customer's health and satisfaction related to the use of our platform
2. Engage via periodic business reviews and regular calls with larger accounts to drive them towards the established goals and KPIs
3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure renewal of key accounts
4. Work with the engineering and support team acting as a point of escalation for any technical issues faced by the customer and share timely updates for upcoming features
5. Understand the customers' business requirements and provide them with the necessary resources to fulfill those requirements
6. Strategize engagement with smaller accounts via webinars, events, email campaigns, etc.
7. Work with the tech team to understand updates to the product and how it would impact our customers
8. Work on effective relationship management with customers
