Engineering graduates with an MBA will be preferred
Candidates having a minimum experience of 1 year in customer success or equivalent roles would be preferred
Must have experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Applications (Analytics, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Candidates having experience with technology/internet companies (SaaS products) will have an added advantage
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
