1. Receive customer feedback, issues, and complaints over phone, email or chat from B2B and B2C customers
2. Work with the internal product team to resolve customers' problems
3. Provide product training to B2B customers (on-line as well as off-line)
4. Create and maintain product applications documents for B2B customers
