Customer Relations Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire customer experience lifecycle and collect relevant data points
2. Create and nurture long-term relationships with customers
3. Resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are delighted
4. Grasp customer needs efficiently and brainstorms ways to fulfill them
5. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
6. Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department
7. Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team
8. Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis
9. Collaborate with internal teams (eg. product, operations, senior management) to address customers' needs
10. Report directly to the CEO
