About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Achieving business targets as laid down by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them
2. Proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per the requirements
3. Adhering to all policies and guidelines for lead generation as well as closures
4. Executing all activities/campaigns as planned by the respective branch manager/sales manager
5. Working on daily completion and submission of sales reports to the superiors
6. Displaying customer-centricity by executing all customer interface processes within defined timelines
7. Meeting & exceeding business targets in terms of profitability, optimum product mix, and quality of sourcing
8. Proving to be the one-point contact for all financial needs for his/her customer
9. Maintaining zero error in adherence to policies and systems as specified
10. Maintaining the quality of files sourced as per specified guidelines
11. Forging targeted number of client relationships within the agreed timelines
12. Meeting & exceeding customer acquisition targets
13. Ensuring zero delinquency in 30DPD
14. Meeting sales targets for the various products in the assigned territory
15. Ensuring the customer satisfaction matrix is met for all client relationships
16. Working on timely MIS reporting to all concerned

Who can apply

1. Knowledge about all financial products like home loans, mortgages, etc.

2. Knowledge about statutory compliance & local market procedures

3. Knowledge of local customer preferences, geographic nuances, and finance peculiarities

4. Should depict customer-centricity in daily behavior

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills

6. Should be able to talk and convince the customer both internal and external


Annual CTC: 3.5 - 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
