About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods
4. Meet customer service team call handling quotas
5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Skill(s) required
American English
Who can apply

1. Candidates who are from Mumbai and have international BPO experience

2. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of past experience in customer success roles in international BPOs

3. Fluent in English

4. Strong communication skills

5. Must be a graduate (minimum)

6. Must be 20 to 25 years old

Salary

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.2 LPA (All fixed)
