About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Ensuring that all aspects of commercial relationships are responsive and well-managed and establishing and responding to systematic client and user feedback
2. Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that their needs are being met and business is retained
3. Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to customers
4. Proactively developing skills and knowledge in additional areas to provide flexibility within the commercial services team
5. Undertaking other duties as may be reasonably required
6. Effectively managing, leading, and giving day-to-day updates to the staff in an organizational structure most appropriate to deliver the services covered by this role.
7. Ensuring application engineers are operationally performing to their specifications to provide the best possible performance and response times
8. Working with customers on the panel readiness for commissioning
9. Handling service material movements and supply of materials for service by ensuring warranty details
10. Regularly following up with the customer by handling customer queries and closing the issues timely
11. Coordinating with the customer to maintain the required critical spares at the site and proposing to the client for annual maintenance/service contract (AMC) ensuring warranty details
12. Ensuring the customers under AMC are getting periodic service support as per the contract
13. Planning & monitoring the application engineer movement
14. Recording the application engineers' performance based on preselected criteria and reporting the same to the top management
15. Generating the report and reporting to the manager monthly
16. Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve customer service when delivering services

MS-Excel Client Relationship Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)

1. B.E/B. Tech - electrical & electronics/MBA or any degree with technical customer support experiences through internships


CTC: 3 - 3.5 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
