Must be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task, deadline-driven environment while being courteous and friendly to all
Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, personality traits, and levels of authority to accomplish department and company goals
Pleasant, out-going, & a self-motivated personality
Demonstrate the capability to interact with customers politely and professionally
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner
Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Any other duties as assigned by management or the company
