Must be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and deadline-driven environment while being courteous and friendly to all
Must have the ability to work with people of various backgrounds, personality traits, and levels of authority to accomplish department and company goals
Must have a pleasant, out-going, & a self-motivated personality
Should be able to demonstrate the capability to interact with customers politely and professionally
Should be able to manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner
Must have strong verbal, and written communication skills along with active listening skills
Should be able to focus on the customer whilst adapting to different personality types
Freshers and engineering students would be preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
