About the job
Little Olive is a leading company in the baby and toys category in India. The company creates and sells outdoor toys, learning toys across e-commerce and offline channels. Founded in 2017, the company has been on an exponential year-on-year increase and is currently looking to build its team at the corporate office.

Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
2. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and
3. availability
4. Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
5. Handle data entry in various platforms

Note: The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
