About the job
You will solve/manage customer issues/queries and offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. A customer service executive or CSE will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers/students might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

1. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication via both calls as well as emails and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure quick resolution
3. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents, and refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further clarification

Who can apply

1. B. Tech, BBA, or MBA students will be preferred

2. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills

4. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

5. Basic knowledge of Google sheets and CRM is preferable

6. Candidates who can work from the office will be most preferred (bio-bubble office space)

7. Must be freshers of the 2020 batch or 1 year of relevant experience from the batch of 2019 or undergraduates of 2021 batch for internship roles

8. Candidates who have relevant experience/internships in the same field will be more suitable for this role

Salary

CTC: 3 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
