Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the first point of contact for customers to support them on their travel needs
2. Use the ITILITE platform to issue tickets and hotels as per customer's request

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 19,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
