We are looking for a customer success engineer who will take on the management of key client projects. We expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp the client's needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. No coding or sales is required in this role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate between internal team and clients for the flawless execution of software integration projects
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time
3. Ensure resource availability and allocation
4. Successfully manage relationships with clients and other third party stakeholders
5. Create and maintain comprehensive communication on email and software tools like Slack, Trello, JIRA, Asana, and Zendesk
Excellent written and verbal skills
Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with the client
Excellent written skills to convert business requirements into individual tasks for the team
Proven experience in planning, execution, and implementation of high-quality software projects
Good technical background with an understanding of experience in software development and web technologies
Good educational background and strong academic skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,12,000 - 3,84,000 /year
Interview process: Video interviews followed by in-person interview rounds at our Delhi office.
