Customer Support Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on being the first point of contact to the customer of Glint
2. Work on customer relationship management and help in retaining the customers in the customer through proper communication and resolution
3. Work on handling customer queries through inbound/outbound calls and chat
4. Work on exploration and fact-finding - convert business problems into metric-driven statements, identify underlying hypotheses and determine/create metrics that will accurately represent the problem as well as the solutions
5. Work on pattern recognition and analysis - understanding patterns and structures within existing data, correlating them with the processes on the ground, and using VOC and VOP along with data to solve problems or design new services
6. Managing benchmarking, insights and recommendations - consistently keeping an eye on the business metrics and variations in them to help stakeholders understand changes in the voice of customers/partners & provide RCAs on hits and misses in business performances
