About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Online marketing and lead generation strategies
2. Deploy performance marketing campaigns on various platforms (e.g. Adwords, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, offline, etc.) from ideation to execution.
3. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
4. Understanding firms goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including Search Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing & more
5. Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within digital marketing industry
6. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
7. Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
8. Research and monitor activity of company competitors
9. Coordinate with designer and create & manage engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages

Social Media Marketing Google Analytics Digital Marketing Google AdWords Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Who can apply

1. Qualification- B.B.A / MBA (Marketing)

2. Digital Marketing Course Certification mandatory

3. Should have relevant experience of 06 months - 1 year in digital marketing

4. Proven working experience in digital marketing

5. Proven SEO, SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing

6. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

7. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)


CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
