Job brief:

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a digital marketing manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Strategy: developing and integrating content marketing strategies whilst keeping up to date with current digital trends
2. Collaborate with an external associate marketing agency and monitor their execution
3. Utilize your strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
4. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership & perspective for adoption where appropriate
5. Social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
6. Create digital content in the form of blogs and articles on RoadGods' blog portal
7. Search engine optimization (SEO): developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results
8. Paid advertising: work on pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and monitor sponsored online advertising paid for by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results
9. Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
10. Analysis: Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
11. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Other requirements

Should be (preferably) good at creating content strategy related to travel or automotives

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in marketing or a related field is required

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

Highly creative at creating a digital content strategy

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

Knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Google Adwords, DART, etc.)

Someone who can work with technology team for marketing planks

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹35,000 - 55,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
