About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design & implement new app modules based on the product requirements using the Flutter/Angular framework
2. Work on the integration of data storage solutions & various APIs from third parties
3. Work with Django and Postgres to design, develop, and debug web applications
4. Integrate back-end services with Python/JavaScript-based front-end needs
5. Work on designing, learning, and building advanced applications for the backend platform
6. Work with teams to design and ship new features
7. Work with outside data sources and APIs
8. Work on unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
9. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
10. Work on discovering and evaluating new technologies such a computer vision, NLP, etc. to maximize development efficiency
11. Work on active workload with DRF, Loggly, and Postman
12. Work on front end technologies - ReactJS, JavaScript, jQuery
13. Create database schemes that represent and support business processes
14. Work on open source SQL/NoSQL data storage solutions like MongoDB/Postgre, etc.

Other requirements

BE/B. Tech/M. Tech CS candidates shall apply

Have experience in MVC frameworks (Django, Spring, Rails, etc.)

Want to push only well-tested code & have 0-2 years of experience of the above

Knowledge of data structures with strong logical & problem-solving skills

Should have done an internship or self-learning in at least one of the following technologies - Angular, React JS, React Native, or Flutter

Knowledge of any RDBMS database (SQL Server, MYSQL, Postgres) is a must

Good learning attitude

Basic understanding of OOPS concepts

Good problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of AWS and AZURE platforms

Good to have knowledge and understanding of how Git works, using/setting up CI/CD pipelines & any modern tool for project management like JIRA, Trello, etc.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,20,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
