About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working with Python and MySQL to design, develop, and debug web applications
2. Integrating backend services with Python/JavaScript-based front-end needs
3. Working with the team to manage, optimize, and customize multiple web applications (our stack - Django (Python), React, MySQL, Elastic, and PHP)
4. Creating and maintaining technical documentation
5. Following TDD practices and making sure all code has test cases before being deployed

Have experience in MVC frameworks (Like Laravel, Django, Spring, Rails, etc.)

Have 0-2 years of experience of the above

Good at estimating timelines and meeting them

Caring about knowledge sharing

Should be customer-focussed

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹30,000 - 31,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,20,000 - 4,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
