Proven SEM experience and success in managing SEM campaigns across Google, Bing, and Yahoo
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Should be flexible working in different shift timings
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., AMO, Kenshoo, Google's AI)
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Omniture, Google Analytics)
Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Knowledge/Hand-on experience to leverage the Google AdWords API for basic task efficiency
Knowledge of SEM, paid marketing, Google ads, Bing ads, shopping ads, and PPC
B. Tech from a premier institute
MBA will be an added advantage
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
