About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Execute tests, collect and analyze data and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid (Google and Bing) campaigns
2. Track, report and analyze website analytics and SEM initiatives
3. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
4. Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
5. Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
6. Research and analyze competitor and tweak campaigns to stay on top of the competition

Proven SEM experience and success in managing SEM campaigns across Google, Bing, and Yahoo

Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

Should be flexible working in different shift timings

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing

In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., AMO, Kenshoo, Google's AI)

Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Omniture, Google Analytics)

Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports

Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Knowledge/Hand-on experience to leverage the Google AdWords API for basic task efficiency

Knowledge of SEM, paid marketing, Google ads, Bing ads, shopping ads, and PPC

B. Tech from a premier institute

MBA will be an added advantage

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
