About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Meet prospective customers, pitch benefits & explain about MyShubhLife life offerings
2. Convert leads into long term customers
3. Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets by converting customers
4. Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
5. Build trust by handling customer objections
6. Work on the flawless execution of SOP while on the field
7. Co-ordinate with operations team to resolve issues in ongoing transactions
8. Share local insights from the field with the managers

Other requirements

Graduate/MBA in any stream

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to connect and interact with potential customers

Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Owns a two-wheeler

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
