Field Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Advise students/parents for their learning needs through structured counseling sessions
2. Fix appointments and conduct home/online demo sessions on a daily basis, including follow-up sessions
3. Understand the customer profile
4. Explain implications of ineffective learning methods
5. Create the need for smart learning and advise student-parent to buy the subscriptions as a solution
6. Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue
7. Learn/Upgrade one s own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed growing sales targets
8. Work on generating leads
9. Work on calling & explaining the concept and inviting parents for the webinar
10. Give product demos and explain the product features
11. Work on following up with the clients
12. Work on report analysis
13. Plan monthly/weekly daily strategies for target achievement
14. Work on closing sales
