About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Surveying about the new property on the site & ensuring about the area, rates, and discounts
2. Meeting with the sales developer for the quotation of the rates for flats/apartment
3. Calling the filtered lead customers (given by the pre-sales department) & provide details about flats & apartments in areas & the budget
4. Fixing appointments for demos for visiting sites with customers
5. Showing projects (flats & apartments) to the customers related to their requirements
6. Convincing the customers & performing outbound activities, such as lead follow-up
7. Accurately updating and utilizing the CRM to forecast and track all sales activities
8. Meeting and exceeding the quota of appointments
9. Booking the flats & finally closing the lead

Skill(s) required

Client Relationship English Proficiency (Spoken)

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Experience in the real estate industry (channel partner-sales) preferred

Must have completed graduation/postgraduation

Must have a bike

Ready to work on the field

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%

Additional information

There will be a probation period of 6 months.
