About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Meet traders, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
2. Generate business meetings for personal and team's sales target
3. Create awareness of Frizzle Foods brand and products
4. Communicate regularly with the target audience so as to build and develop customer relationships
5. Generate sales with existing customers and develop new leads, clients, and customers
6. Implement all sales activities related to the new product and maximize the sales performance for the respective territory

Note: This is a field sales profile and candidates must have a 2 wheeler with a valid driving license, along with a fully vaccinated certificate along with them.

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune, Mumbai and neighboring cities

Other requirements

Must be male candidates only

Candidates must be residing nearby Pune or Mumbai

Should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in B2B FMCG sales and business development with an FMCG company

Should have access to a smartphone with internet

Should be able to communicate well in Hindi, English, and preferably, Marathi

Excellent communication skills

Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in sales would be preferred

Must own a 2-wheeler

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
