Key responsibilities:

1. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
2. Create informative presentations and work on presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
3. Work on cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales, and working with clients through the closing process
4. Work on converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which matches with the investment need of the prospects
