About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Entering the time spent of the associates into the system (initial training will be given)
2. Generating weekly time spent reports (system generated) and creating invoices
3. Analyzing financial health of the company and making a presentation for the management (guidance will be given)
4. Claiming and approving reimbursements for team members
5. Noting down the minutes of the morning meetings and maintaining a folder for the same
6. Keeping a track of all the expenses for the Mumbai office
7. Managing and supervising the daily operations of the firm

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

Other requirements

Should be available to work full time in our office at ONE BKC (Mumbai)

Can commit to us and give their best at work in terms of being active and enthusiastic

Should have impeccable English skills (almost all our clients are foreigners and fluency in the language is the most important parameter as the candidate will be speaking to clients for raising invoices and other billing-related matters)

Should be between 22-28 years (ideally)

Willingness and ability to align with the firm culture

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,50,000 /year
