About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on undertaking the legal compliances, due diligence, accounting, taxation & preparing company-wide systems, processes for HR, payrolls, etc.
2. Work on managing daily finances, auditing, and preparation of accounts balance sheets
3. Manage compliances, certifications, & filing of taxes & GST by coordinating with external accountants
4. Work on the creation of monthly MIS
5. Ensure payments are received and paid on time
