About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Generate revenue by opening new franchises in new areas for company expansion & participation in franchise exhibitions
2. Follow-up with leads generated online and offline through various processes
3. Maintain relationships with existing franchises to facilitate smooth processes and maximize revenue
4. Work on handling franchise sales for inbound leads all over India, attending franchise shows, traveling, online sales, and meetings

Probation Details: The probations period depends upon the candidate's performance in the personal interview. The job will start with a probation period of 3 months, during which the stipend will be Rs 12000/month.

Salary

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.1 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%

Additional Information

The candidate, if selected, will be working on a hybrid method. Hybrid is a mix of work from office and home.
