Key responsibilities:

1. Ensuring SLA & KPIs are achieved
2. Working on tickets and fixing defects
3. Taking full ownership and accountability for the task related to your applications
4. Working according to the team's needs & requirements and support hours
5. Assisting the lead in creating documents and maintaining the team knowledge
6. Working on any other similar tasks assigned from time to time

Note: Selected Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) will be absorbed in one of the functions within IT, like development, application operations, application testing, infrastructure & cloud, etc.

Other requirements
