We are looking for a growth hacker to drive awareness & sales of our services. In this role, you will work with our team to determine key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for our business. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand's market share and customer base.

Key responsibilities:

1. Researching and understanding the company's long-term goals
2. Identifying growth opportunities for the company whilst choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company
3. Using data, analytics, and other tools to make informed decisions and growth strategies
4. Conducting and presenting competitive analyses and market research
5. Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for client acquisition (e.g. online buzz, direct mail, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization whilst replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets
6. Proposing creative new approaches, from building free tools/resources that attract prospects and converting leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand
7. Pinpointing issues that are hampering growth for the business and reporting corrections/initiatives to the management
8. Translating ideas to actionable items that deliver business results - identify IT industry trends, insights, & beyond
9. Analyzing, recommending, and leading the implementation of improvement initiatives
10. Implementing digital marketing including but not limited to, Facebook marketing, Instagram marketing, LinkedIn marketing, Email marketing
11. Optimizing the company's website with respect to SEO, Google Analytics, etc.
12. Taking care of the company's branding from employer branding to service provider branding
13. Generating B2B leads from the target audience and target geographies for custom software/app development
14. Performing tasks related to the growth of the company, as assigned

Other requirements

Previous working experience in a related role and in the start-up space for around 1 year

A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions

Proven skillsets for PPC (Google, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)

In-depth knowledge of the IT industry including knowledge of end-to-end software development cycle

Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development

Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics

Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels

Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms

Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset

An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning

Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change

High standards of excellence and attention to detail

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 240000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60000 /year
