Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying, implementing, testing, and measuring new growth tactics and novel marketing methods
2. Establishing processes and systems to ensure experimentation and measurement can be done in a scalable and repeatable model
3. Working with a multifunctional team (product, development, and marketing) to come up with growth ideas such as product enabled growth hacks, cross-promotional strategies, and PR and social media hacks
4. Working on influencer marketing
5. Working on online paid acquisition
6. Working on the app store promotion
7. Working on grassroots marketing
8. Working on other exploitative growth hacks

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,45,000 - 6,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%
