HR Recruitment Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and implement a recruiting strategy to attract the best talent in the design and advertising industry
2. Develop accurate job descriptions and promote on relevant platforms
3. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, boolean searches, etc.
4. Screen candidate portfolios on established benchmarks
5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
6. Assess applicants relevant knowledge and skills using relevant recruitment exercises
7. Close job opening in the most time-efficient and cost-effective way
8. Ensure the best candidate experience

Recruitment process:

Stage 1: Resume screening
Stage 2: Cognitive ability test
Stage 3: Tele-interview
Stage 4: Skill test
Stage 4: Final interview
