About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on screening and handle the posts and the portal
2. Work on the recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes to coordinating and conducting interviews
3. Work on the identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position job portals, candidate reference, database, networking, LinkedIn, headhunting, etc.
4. Maintain good relationships with the candidates
5. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

Note: This will be the best opportunity for a fresher to upgrade their skills with a leading firm.

Other requirements

Must preferably have work experience in an IT/Non-IT field

Must have a strong reference network

Should have excellent communication skills

Must be able to build an excellent rapport

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 5%
