About the job
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with various colleges and hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs
2. Creating processes and documenting hiring processes
3. Conducting placements tests, collating the data, and putting them in presentable form
4. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
5. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
6. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
7. Performing background and reference checks
8. Screening and presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to higher management
9. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork
10. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
11. Forecasting recruitment budgets

Who can apply

1. Candidates having MBA or PGDM degree in human resource

2. 0 to 2 years experience in IT recruitment and staffing

3. A good understanding of technology and technical skills

4. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms

5. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills

Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
