1. Review and understand open job positions
2. Source, screen, and schedule interviews for various roles & positions (majority in banking, insurance, asset management & technology, etc.)
3. Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels
4. Conduct telephones interviews to further qualify applicants for all open positions
5. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
6. Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
7. Utilize various social media avenues for recruitment
8. Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events if required, for instance, campus hiring recruitment drives, etc.
9. Work on coordinating work/life activities, performing benefits administration, revising policies and procedures, and performing cost-benefit analysis
10. Work on ATS maintenance, regular follow-ups, client management, timeline adherence, etc.
