About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on recruitment and bulk/lateral hiring
2. Get new contracts for the company
3. Hire recruiter/freelancers, etc. to fulfill the position given by the company
4. Work on handling social media accounts/job portals (free/paid) and generating revenue/profitability
5. Source/Shortlist/Schedule/Interview the micro-entrepreneurs and get them enrolled
6. Assure the documentation is proper for them and onboard it with a company in a smother way and align the work accordingly
7. Work accordingly to get the numbers closed
8. Build campus relations and arrange sessions for placements
9. Arrange career counseling sessions/training sessions according to the benefit of candidates for freshers and make sure that the targets are met within deadlines

CTC: 4 - 7.5 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Other incentives: 20%
