About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on recruitment and rigorous bulk/lateral hiring
2. Get new contracts for the company
3. Hire recruiter/freelancers, etc. to fulfill the position given by the company
4. Work on handling social media accounts/job portals (free/paid) and generate revenue/profitability
5. Source/Shortlist/Schedule/Interview the micro-entrepreneurs and get them enrolled
6. Assure the documentation is proper, onboard it with a company in a smother way and align the work accordingly
7. Work accordingly to get the numbers closed
8. Build campus relations and arrange sessions for placements
9. Arrange career counseling sessions/training sessions according to the benefit of candidates for freshers and make sure that the targets are met within deadlines
10. Maintain client relationships, understand numbers, meet deadlines, work on revenue generation & profitability and meet targets given by the company
