About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures by using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
2. Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
3. Assist with recruitment efforts and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
4. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conduct investigations, and maintain records
5. Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
6. Handle confidential matters with discretion
7. Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction
8. Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors
9. Champion the onboarding process, ensure the process is up to date and of high quality, and provide clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision
10. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
11. Build strong relationships with external suppliers & work on fostering trust and promoting collaboration

Who can apply

1. Those who are from Mumbai and neighboring cities

2. People with HR educational qualifications would be preferred

3. Bachelor’s degree in human resources

4. 0-3 years in human resources or recruitment

5. Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset

6. Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution

7. Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems

8. Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office

9. Experience working in HR would be preferred

10. Detail-oriented and organizational nature

11. Experience working with PeopleSoft is a plus

12. Understanding of HR laws


Annual CTC: 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 2.5 LPA

2. Variable pay: 0.5 LPA
