Remuneration & perks - Being an offshore branch of a Canadian immigration firm, we are offering the selected candidates a definitive life-changing proposal which is as follows:
1. The firm will ensure that the selected employees will eventually transition into Canadian permanent residents at the end of 3/4 years
2. The firm will train the team to polish their language skills (soft skills and written), ensure that everyone receives a PGD (funded) to ensure all aspirants are high on merit for the purpose of attaining a Canadian PR status
3. The firm will take care of the complete application fee, one-time residency fee, and lawyer's fee for the purpose of filing the application
4. This is applicable only to the candidates who complete a minimum (mandatory) of 3 years post probation with the Indian HQs
5. Fixed monthly salary = Rs. 20,000/month with incentives = a minimum of Rs. 15,000 for meeting the target; and performers take about Rs. 30,000/month (minimum) - a minimum of 20% annual increment on CTC will be there every year post the probationary period
6. Highly commission-driven job profile, hence the money earned via commission is much more than the fixed salary - the commission/bonus commences once a candidate finishes the 1st year of service
7. The candidates who outperform will be considered for the role of a team leader irrespective of the time spent within the organization
8. The candidates willing to shift base (Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad) will be given an option after completion of the 1st year
