1. Work on consulting, talking to clients & assisting them through the process
2. Analyze and prepare necessary reports in order to check the eligibility and skills of the client
3. Liaise between the client and RCIC/immigration lawyer through the core legal team as per the profiles
4. Demonstrate advanced process knowledge through the training
5. Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures
6. Make business calls and consult over the call as per the inquiry forms filled by clients
7. Schedule consulting and meeting with clients as required
8. Describe the process and explain their benefits and uses to potential clients
9. Recommend and suggest services for clients based on their individual needs
10. Maintain good networking with clients and follow up with clients to make sure requirements are met
11. Maintain the client database on the CRM
12. Stay up to date with the market & immigration news
13. Explore new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales
