Key responsibilities:

1. Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS & Redux
2. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
3. Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
4. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
5. Working on the development of web projects for various technology projects involving blockchain & AI

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn CSS

Learn Node.JS using Javascript

Learn Software Testing using Javascript

Other requirements

B. Tech/M. Tech with a computer science background

Bachelors, preferably software engineering or computer science (advanced degrees also acceptable)

Hands-on experience in frontend development with pure extensive experience in ReactJS

High understanding of overall web design including basic usability, accessibility, industry standards, architecture, and navigation

Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

Proficient experience in developing highly responsive, web-based user interface

Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

Strong communication skills, ability to self-organize and work with other team members

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 95%

2. Variable component: 5%
