About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting outbound telecalling activities towards targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other call campaigns
2. Building & cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up qualification in order to move new business opportunities into the sales funnel
3. Performing initial needs assessment and identifying prospects pain points to determine how SaaS solutions could address those needs
4. Developing and increasing industry/product knowledge and acumen to position the service value proposition to multiple vertical segments
5. Creating a really good relationship with the prospects over mail, LinkedIn, and calls

Other requirements

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, social selling, and individual research

High-energy, sales-driven professional with strong natural sales instincts

1-2 years of experience in sales development and software sales

Have a friendly attitude especially on the phone

Should have prior experience talking to C-level & C-1 level executives

Very good email communication skills

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 240000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60000 /year
