About Allround
Allround provides holistic development to kids aged between 6 years and 15 years. Founded by alumni from IIT and BITS-Pilani, we have a team from all backgrounds here, including psychologists, educationists, designers, product thinkers, policymakers, etc. We are fun-loving, fast-paced, and highly action-oriented with empathy for our customers as one of our core principles.
Presently, we are building an all-around development program for kids for inculcating core skills and life skills in them. We work with dancers, musicians, artists, sportspeople, etc. and are building a deeply gamified and engaging platform for kids. Our focus is on live teaching and collaborative learning, where kids learn from each other.
About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Establish relationships with prospects via outbound telecalling
2. Coordinate with the prospects to ensure attendance in the introductory class
3. Help the prospect in onboarding post-trial for various courses offered by Allround
4. Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through inbound & outbound customer calls
5. Follow-up with new and existing prospects regularly
6. Work on monitoring and analyzing the pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to make sure objectives are met
7. Manage the CRM hygiene
Note: The job will start with a probation period of 6 months, during which the stipend will be Rs 10000/month.
