About the job

The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key responsibilities:

1. Setting up online meetings, communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
2. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
3. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
4. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
5. Upselling products and services
6. Researching and qualifying new leads
7. Closing sales and achieving sales targets
8. Making quotations

Probation details: The job will start with a 6 months probation, during which the salary will be Rs 15000/month.

Other requirements

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative

Fluent and proficient in English communication - spoken & written

Female candidates would be preferred

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%

It is a work-from-office role. The office is located at Vile Parle. The timings are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.
