Instructional Designers Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the business problem, learner's profile, and the evaluation methodology to implement in the proposed learning solution
2. Work along with the client team to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to development and execution phase
3. Work through the phases of design and development
4. Understand the learning solution design (including functional design incorporating user requirements & business solutions to meet business needs)
5. Develop storyboards based on the input provided
6. Provide simple & clear notes for the development team
7. Modify storyboards based on review feedback by internal or client team
8. Create an audio script and a localization document
9. Understand the basics of engineering (electricals and construction)
10. Promote collaboration and partnerships among the internal team of designers and developers
