About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Meeting with course instructors and respective subject matter experts each week
2. Staying aware of deadlines and reminding course instructors of them
3. Keeping contact with course instructors and their respective subject matter expert on a weekly basis
4. Making sure that the subject matter expert follows the rules when evaluating the course
5. Suggesting changes or introducing new material if necessary

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Prior experience in leadership and managing meetings/teams

Understanding of basic technology (programming, AI, ML, etc.)

Knowledge or experience in EdTech is preferred

Able to articulate new ideas and possess great negotiation skills

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,25,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
