Key responsibilities:

1. Undertake design projects from concept to completion
2. Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
3. Interpret & translate customer needs/requirements into plans
4. Research & decide on materials and products sourcing
5. Create mood boards to sample your design vision
6. Supervise work progress
7. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices

Other requirements

Preference shall be given to candidates from nearby areas and who can easily commute (nearest metro station - Pitampura (red line)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 30,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
