Ascentspark Software Private Limited is looking for an iOS developer with 1-2 years of experience in working with Swift. We are a custom web and mobile application development company based out of Kolkata, West Bengal. The job location will be in Kolkata, office location is in Salt Lake Sector 5, opposite RDB Cinema. However, currently, all employees are working from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Key responsibilities:
1. Converting graphical UI into storyboard layout
2. Coding iOS apps using Swift
3. Ensuring compatibility of the app with various devices and layouts (iPhone/iPad etc)
4. Solving bugs and issues with the app independently
5. Making performance optimizations on the app to improve responsiveness and handle crashes
6. Getting/Posting JSON data from server using Almofire/URLSession
7. Following good programming practices such as following the DRY approach and keeping code structure clean and optimized for good performance
The probation period is 1 month, during which the salary would remain the same. However, if performance is not satisfactory, the candidate will be released with immediate effect without notice. After the probation period, the candidate is entitled to 1 month notice period. Selected candidates will be called for interview and machine test which can be given online.
Prefer candidates with at least a year of experience in coding with Swift
Knowledge of coding with Swift
Knowledge of Cocoa Touch
ObjectMapper/Codable and data sanitization knowledge
Clear idea about iOS lifecycle
Good object-oriented programming concept
The candidate must be passionate about coding/making apps and willing to learn new technologies within the iOS ecosystem and go out of their comfort zone
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 7,00,000 /year
